Expand the summation.

$\frac{6!}{(6 - 0)! 0!} \cdot {(2 x)}^{6 - 0} \cdot {(- 1)}^{0} + \frac{6!}{(6 - 1)! 1!} \cdot {(2 x)}^{6 - 1} \cdot {(- 1)}^{1} + \dots + \frac{6!}{(6 - 6)! 6!} \cdot {(2 x)}^{6 - 6} \cdot {(- 1)}^{6}$

Simplify the exponents for each term of the expansion.

$1 \cdot {(2 x)}^{6} \cdot {(- 1)}^{0} + 6 \cdot {(2 x)}^{5} \cdot {(- 1)}^{1} + \dots + 1 \cdot {(2 x)}^{0} \cdot {(- 1)}^{6}$

Simplify the polynomial result.
